If you have recently attended a lesson at Chicago Blue Dolphins and begin to experience COVID-like symptoms afterwards, please contact as soon as possible.  

Without sharing any of your personal information, we will then contact anyone you may have been in close contact with at our facility and begin sanitizing our facilities to avoid any additional spread.
