Do Parents Participate in Your Children's Group Classes?

Parents are active participants in our Infant/Toddler program and will be directly involved in each class.

Parents remain outside of the pool for all other classes and services.  If a child does not feel comfortable in a class without their parent (regardless of age), we would recommend that they start off in our Infant/Toddler classes which are designed specifically for parent-child interactions.

That being said, parents are welcome to be in the pool room during class and are encouraged to watch their child's development.

Parents are, of course, the single greatest asset to a child's learning!  Helping them find avenues to practice, to discuss swimming, and to keep them engaged in the activity are all very important responsibilities parents have in the course of their child's development, safety, and love of swimming!
